Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Podere Pizzi is a beautiful stone farmhouse, nestled in a picturesque hillside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, while only being a 15 minute drive to the medieval city of Lucca. The farmhouse has retained its original character and rustic charm inside and out, offering a genuine Tuscan experience. Podere Pizzi features a private salt water pool, games room and extensive outdoor dining and lounge areas, including a pretty balcony where you can watch the neighbours horses with scenic views.

La nostra nuovissima Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" è costruita con tutte le comodità moderne ma con il fascino di un vecchio fienile tipico Toscano, completamente immersa nel verde delle colline, dove potrete assaporare la pace con gli unici rumori della natura, in totale relax, lontani dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La villa Colle di San Gemignano è situata da sola su una collina, circondata da un ampio oliveto con piscina e solarium in legno, in sintonia con la natura.

Potrete trascorrere un bellissimo soggiorno, godendo di tutti i confort e soprattutto godervi il giardino molto curato e la piscina. In pochissimo tempo potete raggiungere le bellissime città di Lucca e Pisa .

Il bosco che vicino alla casa, il profumo delle erbe aromatiche e del frutteto creano insieme al tipico arredamento di castagno, ai pavimentini in Cotto Toscano ed ai muri in pietra una combinazione tra colori odori e sensazione di pace che rende il soggiorno unico per senso di pace e relax...un vero e proprio toccasana sensoriale

La villa si trova sulla collina di Montemagno, un piccolo paese vicino alla città di Camaiore, al mare della Versilia e città storiche come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.
