Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. Το Διαμερισμα ΑΛΚΗΣΤΙΣ του 1ου ορόφου, είναι ένα μοντέρνο αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα με μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα, σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την παραλία και τις ιαματικές πηγές των Θέρμων. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με δυνατότητα μετατροπής του καναπέ σε διπλό κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Φιλοξενεί από 2 έως 4 άτομα και είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες, και άτομα που ενδιαφέρονται να απολαύσουν τον ιαματικό τουρισμό της περιοχής και όχι μόνο!

Beach house in Faros , Ikaria.

A cosy 75m2 house , on the beach front of Faros , a quiet coastal village , very close to the airport. Ideal for families or couples that seek relaxing holidays , without stress . It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

The small vineyard of Faros

Faros is a small seaside village in southeastern Ikaria. It is approximately 10 kilometers from Agios Kirikos and it is connected by motorway. At Faros located the airport of the island. Our little house of 55 sq.m. is waiting to accommodate you by providing you with all the comforts of a modern home. It is suitable for families up to two kids. 340 meters away there are beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Fortunately, the mini market of the village started working again.

Τhe apartment includes two bedrooms,two bathrooms(the one of the bedroom has ensuite bathroom)kitchen, living room,courtyard,and free parking space.
