Ground floor hall, utility and stairs to the first floor with shower room and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster. The open plan living area is cosy with sofa and futon, Radio,TV with Netflix, YouTube etc and WiFi. One bedroom with double bed. Situated in the attractive quiet pedestrian area of St Andrews with cafes, deli's and restaurants close by.

Penrith is in the centre of Cumbria, with the Lake District on the doorstep. There is a pretty south-facing cottage garden full of flowers in the front - with a patio sitting area. There is private designated parking and visitor parking.
