With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Welcome to Lansdown Apartment! Our stunning, newly refurbished studio-apartment that offers the perfect city-escape for those exploring Bath or for those needing a convenient place to relax and unwind. With a spacious living area, a comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and free off-street parking, it's the perfect base for any trip. Situated above the double garage next to our home, you will find a private staircase leading up to the entrance of the apartment.

The Hay Trailer, St Catherine Stays, Bath.

The Hay Trailer is a hand crafted wooden cabin built on a reclaimed hay trailer. It is a cosy, light and homely space situated in the sought after destination of St Catherine's, an area of outstanding natural beauty, unspoilt and private. Guests have exclusive use of a private hot tub at an extra cost. See the details below. There is a pet fee of £20 for each pet. There is possible pool access for extra cost in summer months. Shepherds hut - Gertie

GERTIE - Gertie is our beautiful home built traditional shepherds hut and is ready and waiting for guests. She sleeps 2 people in a small double sized bed. Fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner and enjoy the wood fired hot tub which has become a popular addition.

Coach house in the heart of St Catherine valley

Nestled alongside a working farm, with South facing views onto the St Catherine valley, the recently refurbished Coach house of Old Nailey offers access to stunning, rolling countryside, the village pubs and amenities of Marshfield and a base to explore the culture and entertainment of both Bath and Bristol. Come down the track and feel yourself unwind!
