Our cozy studio apartment features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, working space, high-speed Wi-Fi, queen-sized bed, and wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, and refrigerator. Enjoy the beautiful modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, glass door, sink, and toilet, with towels and toiletries provided. Located on the Drava River in central Maribor, you’re a short walk from attractions, shops, and restaurants. Private parking is available in front of the house.

Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Stanovanje je oddaljeno 3.9 km ali 6minut z avtom, vstran od Pohorja. Središče Maribor je oddaljeno le 2.3 km ali 4 min z avtom. Uporabite lahko tudi javni prevoz ki je takoj zraven bloka. Stanovanje nudi prenočitev za 4 osebe, ima bogato opremljeno kuhinjo z vsemi pripomočki ki jih potrebujete. Dobrodošli so hišni ljubljenčki :)

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

House Marin - whole house

In this accommodation for up to 6 guests on an excellent location you get the whole house (~100m2), with green space in the front and REALLY big terrace (50 m2) in the back. House is fully equiped, has free parking and very fast WiFi. It is located in a very quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood only 900 meters from Pohorje and 5 kilometers from the city center. Our guests can enjoy the beautiful view on the terrace and barbeque in the garden.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
