The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.

Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful deck with bbq grill, washer and dryer, WiFi, plenty of parking and plenty of country charm on the outskirts of Kyle. 5 min to the 130 Toll Road and 20 min to COTA. 20 min to downtown Austin and 15 min to San Marcos. Great location to see it all while you are visiting the area!

We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
