Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Our property is nestled on the hillslopes of the Willamette Valley, giving us great access to hiking, kayaking, and bike trails. All within a 5 mile radius. While we are close to nature, we are also only a 10 minute drive to the hospital as well as dining and shopping on the North side of Corvallis.
