Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Serene Loft: 2 miles from downtown Npt and beach

This quiet but spacious loft is on the 3rd floor of our home. 2 mile's from downtown and the beach. It is serene and quaint with a new queen size bed, a love seat couch, small kitchen table, good size bathroom. It's perfect for a couple or two friends who are willing to share a bed who want to enjoy our fun town but prefer a good night sleep in peace. Off street parking available for one car. Your loft has a locked door that you enter a key code (given day before).

3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards or Glen Manor! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

Our cozy studio apartment is downstairs from our ranch style home. Kitchen (no stove) and private bath are included complete with Coffee set up. Also, there is a parking and free WiFi. Perfect for a couple or single guest or family with a child. We are located in very quiet safe neighborhood...away from busy Newport crowd (10 min drive)..close to beaches ( 5 min drive to Newport Easton Beach-first beach and 10 min drive to Middletown Second beach)..

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Access to beach, close to town commons, farmers market and Sakonnet and Westport wineries among other special spots. Wonderful walking and biking area. Perfect for couples or a small family to get away. Special note...Memorial Day to Columbus Day house includes a beach pass to Briggs beach. More info will be shared as needed.

Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.

Private entrance to the full 1st floor with an ocean view in quiet neighborhood. The apartment features a bedroom with full sized bed, private bathroom, private living room with dining area, gas fireplace, tv and couch. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hot plate included are in the apartment. There also is an additional outdoor H/C shower, private patio and gas grill.
