Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Cottage at Split Rock Farm

"Relax in cool comfort, quiet, restful beauty"...this is how the brochure read in 1948 at Split Rock Farm! Our goal is to restore these features for our guests in the same location. The cottage is attached to the original farmhouse, built in 1890, located across the street from the iconic Split Rock. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, new beds (1 queen, 1 full), cable TV and WiFi, washer and dryer, new electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen and dining essentials.

Take it easy at this cozy and tranquil getaway in the woods we call The Little Cabin on Sunset Ponds. This cabin is on 13-acres with two ponds. It is also located right off the snowmobile trails/cross country ski trails in Gabriels, NY. It is fully equipped with everything you may need. Perfect place for a home base while you go on your very own Adirondack adventure. The VIC center is close by, fishing, lots of hiking and paddling… 10 minutes from Saranac Lake 30 minutes from Lake Placid

The Red Cabin at Split Rock

Our cabin provides comfort, privacy and a convenient base for exploring nearby Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and the surrounding area. A historic ice house dating back to the early 1900s, the cabin has been renovated to feature a cozy loft, bathroom and comfortable indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Nestled in a quiet, wooded setting with easy access to hiking trails, paddling, and local shops, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a peaceful getaway.

Cozy, open living room space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the wood stove, notty pine walls, contemporary kitchen and laundry area with lots of natural light in a quiet neighborhood close to local sights. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling lights as well as side table lamps that offer a softer glow for relaxing. The living room and master bedroom features 4K resolution Roku Smart televisions which allow you to stream movies, shows, and channels from major streaming providers.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

3 Birches on Rainbow Lake

Generations of family have grown up & developed a deep love for 3 Birches. In a quiet protected bay, its a great place for Fishing, kayaking, biking & more. Winter offers Snowmobiling, X-C Skiing from our front door. Our camp is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and have FUN! We are centrally located to restaurants, stores, attractions & events. Nearby are Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake and Lake Placid, the Olympic Village for Bob Sledding, Luge Rides, Cliffside Coaster, & Zip lines

Camp Shepard

This is a charming house built in 1920 right in Saranac Lake. It gives a campy feeling of being nestled in the woods. There are views of Lake Flower and its boat launch from the wrap around porch or patio. In the heart of the Adirondacks, and just 8 miles from Lake Placid, after hiking, boating, fishing, canoeing, or just exploring come home and relax in this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a large kitchen, dining and living room or have a nice family cookout from the bbq.

The Snowshoe Cabin at Rockledge is your perfect 4-Season getaway—whether you're wanting a basecamp for your outdoor adventures, or a peaceful retreat.
