A private wing with it's own entrance. Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse and pony next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

Welcome to Black Gates Bed & Breakfast. Our B&B features two guest rooms in one wing of the main house, complete with a separate entrance and private bathroom. A securely locked door separates your living space from ours, ensuring your privacy. These two bedrooms are conveniently positioned side by side. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-sized bed, while the adjacent room offers a single bed & pull out bed. You'll also have your own bathroom during your stay.

Bike friendly being only a Ten Minutes drive from ForFourty Mountain Bike Park, perfect location for a biking weekend away. Absolutely no parties

Little Black Box

Enjoy big views in a unique little space of your own. Our air bnb cabin is nestled in a private area at the bottom of our property. There is a separate bathroom facility that includes a toilet and small sink plus a hot outdoor shower. The cabin has a comfortable queen size bed and facilities to make a hot cuppa. We are a 10minute stroll from central Tairua where you can find a number of eating options. The surf beach is a 5 minute drive or 30minute walk.

This is a Studio unit is at the rear of the property, You have your own private garden view. The studio is fitted with Air conditioning a microwave, jug, toaster, 32inch smart TV, fridge/freezer etc. FREE WIFI. The bathroom has toilet, basin with great shower and plenty of hot water. Enjoy beautiful bed linen and a very comfortable Queen bed. We are ten minutes walk to the local restaurants and cafes. With a private beach just steps away.
