The location is perfect for exploring Bristol as we are in easy walking/bus distance from the Harbour, Ashton Court Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Ashton Gate Stadium as well as many attractions. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The cottage is only a few minutes drive from places of interest like Bath, the Cotswolds, Bristol, Cheddar Gorge, Wells and the Mendip Hills. With many walks to choose from the cottage is also the perfect spot for nature lovers who would like to leave their car. The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.
