The apartment is secluded in the Lyn Valley overlooking the West Lyn river within Exmoor National Park, we are a 15 minute walk to the center of Lynton. The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms The Eaves is perfect for exploring Exmoor National Park renowned for its wildlife, dark sky reserve, harbour, restaurants and pubs. Lynton and Lynmouth has something for everyone.

Approximately 150 steps and you are out in the Exmoor National park where you will be able to enjoy all the wilderness and wildlife that your soul yearns for. You will be able to walk for miles without seeing a single person. Although remote it is only a mile to the nearest shop and two miles to Lynton and Lynmouth where there are great pubs and takeaways

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Bluebeard’s Rest at Heale Moor Farm is situated in the peaceful hamlet of Heale along a single-track no through road. Located within Exmoor National Park and a short distance from the historic village of Parracombe where the local pub and community shop can be found. Easy access to the moor and numerous footpaths, including trails to Heddon Valley and Heddon’s Mouth. A short drive to the beautiful North Devon Coast and many beautiful beaches. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
