There is a beautiful green, private patio & fenced yard where you can watch amazing sunsets. The upstairs of the home is a separate Airbnb rental that can be booked as well for larger groups. The two units are completely separate from each other with their own private entrances. Pets are allowed, and must be declared at booking.

The home is located near Historic downtown Cedar City with shops, groceries, restaurants, city park and the Simon Festival. Cedar City is close to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and other National Parks. We live downstairs if you need anything.
