Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Small one bedroom apartment connected to the horse barn. All on the first floor , the only apartment . Apartment with living room, 1 bedroom, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Keurig, toaster oven) NO STOVE, NO OVEN. We will provide individual water, cocoa, tea, several flavored coffees and creamers. The owners live on the property. Children under 18 are not allowed, It is a working farm/Veterinarian clinic not suitable for children.

A tasting at the winery just a few minutes away will sweeten your stay. For more play, kayak rental is nearby. This property is nestled on the riverbank. You will encounter bugs if you are enjoying the outdoors. We have regular exterminations, but an occasional cob web is to be expected.
