The house a large expansive ceiling heights, great heating & spacious living area. The expansive deck flow out the large sliding door from both living and dining room. The upstairs bedroom features incredible view to enjoy your morning coffee. The solar panels & gas water heating ensure you keep warm and cozy. The house has two Tesla charging station.

Welcome to our newly built self contained unit on our Southland sheep farm. The unit is a magical spot where you are completely separate and private. It contains a queen bed, a small kitchen with a cooktop and microwave. There is a large well appointed bathroom and a nice private outdoor area to enjoy a drink, catch up on emails or read a book.
