This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. If you prefer to stay in and cook, we have you covered. Endless trails, waterfalls, waves & paddles.

Romantic upscale cabin in the woods

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. Feel free to check with me, and I will give you current driving conditions! This is a very low snow year thus far, so no bad driving to report yet!

Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

It’s located 25 mins away from the unique town of Hood River where there are endless activities. Everything from restaurants, breweries, hiking, kite boarding, Windsurfing, fishing, kayaking and more. It’s the perfect spot to get away from city life, but an easy drive if you want to enjoy what the surrounding towns have to offer!

We ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping distance and parking your cars directly in front of the property. This cozy one-bedroom guest unit is very clean, newly built, and decorated with charm. White Salmon is a small town up a short hill from the bridge to Hood River.
