Has couch and kitchen table and T.V. in the living room and bedroom. Fridgerator and stove to cook and water and cooking utensils and plates and silverware. Access to the community pool and gym 100 peso’s for adults 50 kids. Gated community 8 minutes drive from Alona beach panglao resort area. Also only 5 minutes drive from the new airport.
