It does not have a stove or seperate seating. It is truly an efficiency unit. The condo complex has a beautiful heated pool with an infinity edge, hot tub and onsite gym. You do have to pay to park at Calypso, It is 60.00 for entire stay. You will receive an email in reference to Parking. Calypso Association handles the parking. Also you have to be 30 and above to rent my condo. Great restaurants and shopping.
