You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. It's Always Sunny @ The Summerhouse

Stunning 5th floor unit BEACH FRONT, tastefully renovated, new furniture and appliances, with balcony to enjoy the BEST SUNSET IN THE COUNTRY! Perfect LOCATION on the “quite end” of PCB, combining a relaxed environment, while 5-10 min drive from all the main city activities, including shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment. The Summerhouse charges a one-time $35 fee per reservation for parking permits and pool wristbands. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent.
