Located in a gated community, 3 cottage’s sit on 5 acres with pond, pecan trees, wildflowers, seasonal garden and abundant wildlife. The river offers fishing and water activities. There are 2 large fire pits with seating, 2 outdoor dining areas and lounge seating with fireplaces on the decks front & back. Main cottage has king bed, bathroom, living & kitchen. The 2 smaller cottages have queen beds, loft beds & bathrooms.

The private on-site boat ramp and dock make the perfect combination for a weekend of boating. The large covered patio with gas grill and big screen TV is perfect for entertaining and family cookouts. The built in bar and seating for 10 provides plenty of space to enjoy dinner right on the water.

Welcome to Bluff Creek Cabin, an outdoorsman's paradise! A charmingly rustic 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin accommodates up to 12 guests. The property is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area with a stone fireplace, and a porch with waterfront views of Bluff Creek and Set Ranch! Start your day with a cup of coffee on the porch, soaking in the lake view, and end it by unwinding by the fireplace after a day of water activities. (must sign rental agreement and pay deposit)

Beautiful new home on the Brazos River. The house is on a large working ranch, we are on the river with a private pavilion with stunning views of the Brazos River. There is a Bald Eagle nest you can see from the back porch the Eagles put on a spectacular show with their daily fly overs. This property is like being on a wildlife preserve we have deer, turkey, hogs, cows, oh and Bald Eagles. This is a perfect place to enjoy nature, float down the river, fish, swim, or just enjoy nature.

Jiggs Place

Private cabin with great lake location close to Lush resort, ymca camp, local restaurants and grocery. Location is on the east side of the lake between Hells Gate and the dam. There is a dock that you can tie your boat to. No boat lift. Great view, with large deck and gas or charcoal grill. Full kitchen but no dishwasher. Master bedroom does not have private doors, only curtains. One small bathroom with full size shower. Two twin beds in small bedroom.

Beach sand with umbrellas, a dock, fire pit, BBQ, playhouse are just a few of the amenities not to mention a very comfortable living space with all the amenities you need whether it be a large family, a relaxing couple's vacation or a spot to land while working out of town. This 2/2 lakefront cabin has a living/dining room, full kitchen, RokuTV, Hi-speed internet, and stacked washer/dryer. The large shaded stone patio has a propane grill, a 4 person picnic table and additional seating. As well as a stone swim deck The living room offers large windows with amazing lake views, a pool table an an 8 person dining table. The dock has deep water and is great for boating, fishing, sunbathing, floating, and swimming.
