Famous local restaurants Cap's on the Water and Aunt Kate's are within walking distance from the property.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

This is a lovely vacation home in downtown  St. Augustine. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and charm, while providing an unforgettable getaway experience. This two-bedroom, one-bath home is designed for comfort and tranquility. The main bedroom features large French doors that open onto a private deck with modern decor, while the second bedroom also offers access to the private deck with a hot tub, creating an equally inviting space.

(access streaming apps with your own codes) Kitchen with all kitchen ware, washer and dryer within the unit. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. Pets are not allowed.
