The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

La Casina on Via May Silvia and Giacomo

In the heart of Florence, in front of Palazzo Pitti, "la casina di via maggio" welcomes you. We are Silvia and Giacomo. I'm a teacher, Giacomo's an actor. We were both born in Florence. The casina is a first floor Renaissance-style open space, arched ceilings, quiet and well-air-conditioned. It's not bright; there's only one window overlooking an internal courtyard. The building dates back to the 15th century. Just steps from Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The ideal base to visit Florence.

Ponte Vecchio Suite with balcony on Arno river

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in the heart of beautiful Florence - just at Palazzo Pitti only a footwalk to all other main sides such as Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The apartment lies in the fourth floor and unfortunately without an elevator, but you will have enough space to relax after an exciting day in the city Center.
