Theme park and wildlife park nearby Numerous bars and restaurants and places of interest. Train station within walking distance.

Broadlands Park & Marina offers a peaceful setting on the picturesque Oulton Broad. No83 is just metres away from the Marina's leisure facilities and the on-site bar and restaurant, and is a five minute walk from Nicholas Everitt Park; a great location with The Everitt Park Café, children's playground, and an open space for dog walking.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
