The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

A charming little four star cottage on the edge of the village of Talgarth nestled in the foothills of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park. An ideal area for walking, cycling, canoeing and other outdoor pursuits. Self contained with private garden and suitable for two adults. Ty-Nesa means ‘the next house’ in Welsh. It is a small cottage, approximately 200 years old, located in the hills four miles from Hay-on-Wye. It has stunning views of the Black Mountains and across Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills visible in the distance on a clear day.
