House Jopa - Plitvice

House Jopa is located in a small village on the edge of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults on 2 floors. On the main floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, while on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed) and 1 bathroom (with a shower). In the back of the house there is a covered terrace, an open terrace and a private garden. Please note that the garden is not fenced. Plitvice Entrance 2 - 4km

Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.
