Very quiet and peaceful location - the only thing you will hear at night is the owls hooting! Miles of beautiful walks are on the doorstep, and we are also short drive from the Ridgeway. Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

The Studio at The Forge in Pamber End

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Comfortable 2 bedroom cottage in converted barn

A private and extremely comfortable furnished converted barn in a quiet rural and beautiful setting. The barn has its own entrance with an open-plan sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen. Please let us know if you would like any breakfast, but we will leave milk tea and coffee. Comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and single room with ensuite upstairs. We can add an extra futon for a child in the single room so the whole space can fit a family of four.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our cottage is in a great little hamlet in Berkshire and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the countryside and the towns of Newbury and Reading.The cottage itself is open plan and is very light and airy with a modern mediterranean feel to it. It has two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for a quiet getaway or a busy shopping spree!
