This fully furnished studio includes linens, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, separate entrance. Pets allowed upon approval with a fee. Cleaning is a top priority with us. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol, making sure everything is properly cleaned and sanitized.

A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.
