The building is built in the summer of 2017. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Many grocery shops, shopping centers and a cinema in 5 minutes walking distance. A 10-minute drive from the Tallinn Old Town, great public connections to the city center and old town.

In front of the house is a tram station from where you can get to all of he main attractions. This 25m2 apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 2 guests, but maximum occupancy is 4. The apartment has a bedroom with a large comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Check in and out are contact free.

Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

You are welcome to enjoy your time in a cozy cabin in nature with a river and pine forest nearby, and a beach within walking distance. Furnished with everything to get the best of your vacation. Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
