The floor-to-ceiling windows provide mountain views. The cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrobes, slippers, a large washer/dryer. Escape to the mountains at The Pinecone Cabin in the Woods. Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway. One bedroom cabin provides many amenities in a small space. Great place for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Easy access to Mt. Rainier, 25 min. to the ski resort, close to Mt St Helens. Great home base to explore the PNW. Early check-in at 1:00pm/Late check-out at 12:00pm. We allow 2 dogs, tell us if bringing your fur babies. Can be booked with the Hemlock House for groups up to ten people.

Historical White Pass Ticket Booth Packwood

This is the original White Pass Ski Resort ticket booth, then lifty shack, and finally wax room, built in the 1950's, when White Pass first opened. It became somewhat run down and put out of service, but was rescued by a Packwoodian with vision. It was hauled down from White Pass on a flatbed truck, where it was given a new metal roof, insulation, rough-hewn cedar and corrugated metal interior walls. With log bunkbeds, rocking chairs, cozy blankets, it's a snug abode for skiers and hikers!

The cabin is 12'x16' with a private drive and fencing for privacy, fire pit and BBQ grill with a picnic bench, toilet and sink but no shower or tub. It has a coffee bar but no kitchen.
