The penthouse is situated in Camps Bay, which has become a famous landmark with internationally recognised restaurants, crystal sand beaches, and exceptional sunsets. The gorgeous local scenery makes it a fine destination for scenic coastal walks. Please note that a breakage deposit of R20 000.00 will need to be signed on arrival. The cottage is within walking distance (10min) of the world class restaurants on offer in the Franschhoek village plus the Wine Tram that will take you to all the well known wine farms that surround Franschhoek. Here you will have the benefit of enjoying the peace and tranquility which is part of farm life, but you are close enough to also enjoy what the town offers.

One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.
