A stunning 200 year-old cottage located in the charming small village of Bouth in the Lake District, now a UNESCO world heritage region. Situated on a quiet country road and bounded on two sides by open fields, with grazing shire horses and Jersey cows, this is the idyllic country retreat. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard whilst retaining all the charm of its period. The traditional village pub is a few metres away. Breathtaking natural scenery awaits you from the doorway.

We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Camping Barn 2, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.

Rusland Retreat is on the first floor of a barn conversion nestled in an elevated position in the hamlet of Oxen Park, in the beautiful Rusland Valley. The accommodation is perfect for a luxurious romantic retreat or as a base for outdoor activities. With immediate access to walking and cycling and an abundance of wildlife. Situated within the Lake District National Park, we are an easy 10 minute drive to Coniston Water and 15 minutes to Windermere.

Birch - Sleeps 4 Shepherds Hut

Beautiful Bespoke Shepherd Huts finished to the highest standard. KItchen with fridge, microwave oven, underfloor heating. TV, Anti Allergy Duvet on the Double Bed, Sheep Wool Duvets on the Single Beds, (so allergy proof) crisp linen and fluffy towels. We provide everything and more, so all you need to bring is your food and toiletries. We do not allow dogs in BIrch. With it sleeping a family we feel it it would compromise your comfort and space.
