Perfect for two couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter and Kentucky Horse Park are 20min away. The Creation Museum is 45min away. A great place to relax between visits to these attractions!

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. Enjoy 500 sq ft of living space inside the cabin that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bunk room and full bathroom. Our cabin has heating, AC and electric over looking 84 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass. NOTE: Our cabins are truly a GETAWAY as we do NOT have any wi-fi or TV in them. Lake Front w/ Pool! Between Ark & Creation Museum.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! (The pool is now closed!)

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
