Our one bedroom studio with separate kitchenette & shower room is located in a picturesque part of Ireland. Beaufort village is a 12 min walk from our studio which has pubs and one serves food on Saturday and Sunday. The studio is located on the Ring of Kerry route and is a 10 min drive away from Killarney & Killorglin. Kerry Airport is a short spin away (20mins) and there are fabulous golf courses & beaches located nearby. Our Labrador dog named Booker will be on site to greet you on arrival !

Kenmare is a 5 minute drive, Sneem is 15 minutes, and Killarney National Park is less than half an hour over the scenic Molls Gap. The property itself is tucked away on a quiet country lane, surrounded by native woodland with a stream meandering by.

Set in a cul-de-sac this mews apartment which is accessed by open steps, was a former stable masters house which serviced the saint Finbarres cathedral clergymen. Close by is the Elizabethan fort and the city centre is less than a 5 minute walk. The University campus is a 10 minute walk. This apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, towels and bed linen are provided. Paid parking is available in the surrounding area. My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.
