This former 19th century stable hand quarters (Built in 1880) has been remodeled into a modern studio. Filled with curious tidbits, mind bending puzzles and unique creations it will provide a wonderful little cozy getaway. Tucked away in the back corner of the property you can enjoy the privacy of a cabin in the middle of town. A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.
