Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

Knutsford has direct rail links to Chester, central Manchester and the Metrolink tram at Altrincham.
