Relax at this peaceful, secluded escape offering a beautiful bayou view and plenty of room to unwind. This brand‑new guesthouse features all‑new appliances, furnishings, and modern comforts. The bedroom includes a king‑sized bed, with extra sleeping space available on the pullout couch and a queen air mattress. Located right on the water, guests have private access to a deck and dock. There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

Dock has 2 boat lifts that will fit ski, bass boats and pontoons. Will not fit Tritoons! Fish cleaning station with fresh water. The property has a private boat launch. It is a home away from home, that will give you beautiful views and peaceful nights. 4 smart tvs.

This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups. Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
