L'alloggio è a Roma Nord-Ovest quartiere Selva Candida, zona tranquilla e ricca di spazi verdi. Si può raggiungere la linea A della Metro Cornelia distante 9km dall'appartamento, utilizzando il bus 904.

Il mio alloggio è una proprietà privata tipicamente Romana nella quale ti offriamo una bellissima sperienza per soggiornare, gli ampli appartamenti luminosi, accoglienti con tutti i confort in perfette condizioni e con i nostri standart altissimi di pulizie ti sentirai come a casa, realizzati con materiali di altissima qualità come marmi, pietre, mosaici, legni pregiati, insonorizzati, letti comodissimi, servizi personalizzati tutto questo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti del centro storico.

Dopo quasi 5 anni di stop sono lieto di potervi ospitare nuovamente nel mio appartamento dove ho avuto il piacere di ospitare negli anni scorsi molti di voi! Situato a Roma nel quartiere Selva Candida. Zona tranquilla, dista soli 9 km dalla fermata della metro Battistini (linea A), raggiungibile con la linea autobus 904 (fermata a 50 mt dalla casa). L'appartamento, moderno e accogliente, è dotato di ogni comfort e dispone di un ampio terrazzo ideale per cene all'aperto nelle serate romane!

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

La Citta di Vaticano è raggiungibile in 15 min a piedi . Intorno si trovano negozi , bar, ristoranti ,forno , supermercati . Distante 2 min. dall'appartamento si trova Prati Bus District location per eventi , mostre e fiere.

A few minutes walk from the pedestrian area which brings to the Vatican, right around the corner of the A subway line Ottaviano, some stops from the Spanish Steps. Welcome to Suite 1A :-) a cozy flat, completely renewd, equipped with every comfort, in a quiet tree-lined road next to everything. In a historic building with very high ceilings, the windows overlook a well-finished garden with a nice orange and magnolia tree. The perfect place to rest.
