Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

5 minutes to Greytown, 15 mins to Tauherenikau and Masteron, 20 mins to Martinborough, The Alchemist Retreat is central to visit vineyards, The Martinborough Fair, Round the Vines, Greytown's July Midwinter Festival and so on. A stylish, french country vibes studio, with a limesand meandering path from the carpad, through the garden is an oasis. Separate to the host's house, the studio is an ideal getaway for peace and tranquillity. Located near Carterton town centre and railway station.

Frankie's place

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

It has two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchen/dining space and bathroom with high pressure shower.

The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.
