There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

A simple getaway. Great place to unplug! No Wi-Fi no TV. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredible cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes. Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away
