Pay if/when you use them. Life jackets must be worn when operating kayaks. Life jackets are in dock box. Kayaks for DAY use only. Kayaks not for rent if water temp. is below 65F. Come relax and enjoy time on the lake at Wet Feet Retreat. Private swim dock and boat ramp. Fantastic Big Niangua location with quick access to everything. Swim in the lake directly from shore or off the dock. Great windows for lake viewing and lots of seating at table and large island. Enjoy evening fires around the firepit. Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax upon. Paved roads all the way to the front door. Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave and city park just a stones throw away.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
