This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

This is at the edge of the water with a deck at the waterside. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed & a single bed. ( If your group is larger , you may rent our other stuga : SeaView Cottage in the garden of the same villa. In the other cottage there is room for 2-3 adults & 2 children in a loft) Sorry No WiFi ! please use your own mobile or wireless internet source. Specifikt utformat för att passa paret med aktiva intressen som önskar ett romantiskt retreat på tu man hand, endast ca 30 min från Stockholm. Det här är paradiset på riktigt! Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Hallontorpet

Mitt på Utö med gångavstånd till stränder och fantastisk natur ligger denna lilla pärla. Perfekt för den som vill ha det lugnt och bo mitt i naturen. Huset är perfekt för två personer men funkar med tex 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Bara några minuters promenad till havet. Flera utmärkta vandringsleder finns på Utö. En karta finns i huset. "Samhället" Gruvan är ca 4km bort där flertalet restauranger, matbutik m.m. finns. Kliv av båten vid Spränga brygga. Att tänka på. En tur går endast till Gruvan.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Sjöstugan, Johannesdals gård Yxlö,Nynäshamn

Sjönära stuga på 40 kvm med fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Golvvärme i hela huset och även braskamin i vardagsrummet. En korg ved ingår. Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot finns att låna sommartid. Övrig tid i samråd. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder, handdukar, köksdukar ingår. 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.
