Parking lot is on the South side. Our unit doesn’t have a balcony. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.

Additional bedding is by 3 twin-sized roll away beds and a sofa in the main bedroom.

There is some daytime car driving on the beach, but it is regulated and not a problem.
