Spectacular Lake Views!

Charming tiny cottage with breathtaking views of Derby Lake. This cozy retreat is the ideal escape for couples seeking a romantic getaway or those seeking to embrace the minimalist lifestyle. For outdoor enthusiast the cottage is surrounded by an array of outdoor activities including hiking and bicycle trails, and fishing. Kayak rentals available! Enjoy a two mile walk around the lake which includes a wooden walking bridge. Relax on our large deck and savor the spectacular views of the lake.

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. Valid photo ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Bass Lake Mama's House

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Apartment in Grand Rapids (Dog & Kid Friendly)

Welcome! This 2nd floor apartment is in Uptown- steps from the Farmers Marker, walking distance to Easttown and less than 2 miles from downtown. Enter into a shared entry way & head up the stairs to your space. Upstairs will be your private bedroom, kitchenette (NO oven), bathroom with clawfoot tub, spacious living room & dining room. We live downstairs. Dogs and kids are onsite :) The house is in the city so there are daily and nightly “city” noises Message me for questions.

The Lake Breeze Cottage on Dickerson Lake

Beautiful colors surround you in the fall. Perfect for those who enjoy bird watching, golf, and relaxing by the lake. The Lake Breeze Cottage will be a memorable getaway for your whole family! Located only 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids you can spend your time on the lake...not the highway!

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Cozy 1 Bed Apt in Vintage Downtown Ionia

On the brick road, this quaint downtown apartment is full of charm. 600 ft of renovated space will accommodate 4 for short term rentals or 2 for rentals of more than 1 week. Conveniently located to help you enjoy hiking at Ionia State Park, kayaking on the Grand River, biking on the Fred Meijer Rail Trail. Centrally located for antique shopping in Ionia, Lowell, Lake Odessa and Portland. You might also enjoy a walking tour of beautiful, historic Ionia.
