Welcome to the Warnica Coach House! This unique and historic property will not disappoint! Built by George R. Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches. The principle bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bunk bed (qn bttm, qn top). The house features a large deck with a gas bbq, outdoor dining, and lots of lounging space. Right behind the townhouse is a beautiful nature ravine with lots of trails. Come, enjoy and relax. The property offers super high speed internet.

This micro bachelor cabin is located behind Lakeside Inn Hotel. The hotel faces Lake Simcoe and the cabin is behind the main hotel. You are a 30 sec walk to the lake. C1 is a private apartment in a cabin that has two apartments side by side. The studio style space comes equipped with a queen sized bed and a smart TV. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a kitchenette area that consists of a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, table and chairs.
