Sandy's first and only Tiny House! Although this home is located just a mile from Hwy 26 within Sandy's city limits, it's located on a private 23 acres, so you'll feel completely secluded. This makes it the perfect place to stay while visiting the Mt. Hood area. The tiny house was built to capture the amazing view of Mt. Hood. The home was designed around a moving window wall system that completely opens to the outdoors allowing for one of the best views of Mt. Hood. We hope you enjoy!!!

Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Private A-Frame (for 4 people) and separate studio bedroom/bathroom behind the garage (for 2 people.) Please note: the studio must be requested in advance. 300 feet above the ocean on sacred Neahkahnie Mountain, 30 feet above the ground. Built by hand with love in 1985. Look out thru giant Sitka spruce and Douglas fir, south & west to the ocean. Look up from the sleeping loft through a huge skylight to the night stars and moon. Leave urban culture behind. Retreat into a world where the rest of nature speaks loudly. Neahkahnie means "place of the spirits." All are welcome to find true peace & magic here.

The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Heartland Treehouse

Heartland Treehouse is perched between two massive fir trees overlooking a steep river canyon. Sounds of a nearby waterfall will soothe you to bed at night and gently wake you in the morning. My home is a short walk or drive away and I will be happy to help guide your adventure on Oregon's South Coast. Your treehouse home is secluded, comfortable, and perfect for getting blissed out and recharged.

Blue Pearl, a place to pause and take a breath

The Blue Pearl is calling. 1946 coastal cottage nestled just above basalt rocks offers you a relaxing place to take in the sites and sounds of the crashing waves. Located next to the 804 walking coastal trail and also the Amanda trail leading to the Amanda Grotto and Cape Pepetua. Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
