Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

Relaxed Retreat at Carolina King is a fishing and boating resort situated on Jack's Creek of Lake Marion in Summerton, SC. This is one of the most popular fishing spots in the world, proven by repeat visits from national fishing tournaments. We have acquired this resort recently and made many upgrades, most notably the customer service. If you search for reviews, please note the difference after August 1, 2024 when we took over. Located in a quiet, dead end community. Enjoy the lake sounds from the spacious screened in porch. The porch has a swing, rocking chairs, and table with chairs. The den boasts a beautiful gas log fireplace and has two futons and a loveseat. The house is located in a golf cart community on a cove. Sandy beaches are just minutes away depending on the lake levels. Whether you’re looking for a vacation destination or fishing/hunting trip you will love this home. Pets require pre approval

The cottage is a completely renovated property which started life as the summer kitchen for the main house. The cottage is 150 years old and has maintained the charm of a historic home. To retain the history of the property and town, NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed on the property.
