This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Modern studio, with everything you need for your stay. Featuring queen bed, new full size kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and laundry. Private entrance with a cute patio just for you. This studio space is attached to the rest of the house that I live in. It shares a wall and door (will remain locked) with my kitchen and the rest of the house.

Gourmet kitchen, Wolf range, SubZero refrigerator, formal dining room, two (!) living rooms. Two king beds. One double bed, + 2 comfy sofas for extra guests. Private back yard under redwood trees. Hot tub, Weber grill, and ping pong!
