Oceanhouse-holland Luxuriös mit Whirlpool & Sauna

From our vacation home in Marina Den Oever you have a view of the water from every room. From our private jetty you can swim or canoe directly in the Ijsselmeer. The house is located on a small island with a total of 40 houses and a very nice restaurant, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The house has two large terraces with seating, sun loungers and barbecue: one at the front facing the marina and one at the back facing the Ijsselmeer. The one at the back has a whirlpool by the water. Here you can enjoy the peace and wellness! On the first floor you will find a large open area with living room, dining room and kitchen, a guest toilet and the entrance area. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living room invites you to linger with a large corner sofa made of real leather, a 75-inch LED TV and a music system. You can watch the passing boats from here. A staircase leads to the second floor with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third, slightly smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have closets with ample storage space for personal belongings. An absolute highlight is the bathroom with a glass sauna overlooking the water and a walk-in shower, as well as the private jetty with an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people.

Ons héérlijke huis pal naast de Waddendijk is vanaf april 2019 te huur. De enorme tuin wordt omringd door een sloot. Aan de andere kant staan de schapen. Op de achterzijde van het terrein staan fruitbomen. Het is vanaf daar prachtig turen naar de vogels in het naastgelegen natuurgebied. ‘S nachts is het buiten aardedonker en in het beste geval straalt een heldere sterrenhemel. Binnen is het huis ruim, comfortabel en bovendien oergezellig. Het biedt plaats aan 6 gasten en het heeft 2 badkamers.

Bed & Beach Zee van Tijd

Knus, compleet, schoon, stijlvol, dat is wat onze gasten vaak schrijven. De B&B is geschikt voor 2-3 personen. Eigen ingang. Ruime woonkamer met kleine douche en toilet. Mooie bovenverdieping met een heerlijke boxspring. In de woonkamer een fijne slaapbank. Goede WiFi en smart-tv. Klein keukentje (géén kookgelegenheid) met koelkast en vriesvakje, nespresso-apparaat, koffiezetapparaat, melkopschuimer, waterkoker, broodrooster en combimagnetron. Ontbijt is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Heerlijk huis op paradijselijke plek

Vakantiehuis op unieke locatie pal naast een heerlijk Waddenzeestrandje, omgeven door een prachtige tuin vol met vogels. Met een twee persoons infrarood sauna. Perfecte uitvalbasis om te wandelen en te fietsen. Op het rustige waddenzeestrand is een windsurfschool. Dichtbij twee dorpjes met supermarkt en restaurants. Op het terras van het huis is een barbecue en vuurkorf. Het huis heeft openslaande deuren en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Aparte ruimte met tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis!

Het vakantiehuis 'Oostkaap' is een deel van een authentieke Texelse stolpboerderij. Het ligt pal naast de Waddendijk en midden in een uniek natuur- en vogelbroed-gebied. De oostkant van Texel is het een oase van rust en ruimte en een walhalla voor vogelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Een fietsroute over de dijk voert u langs het Werelderfgoed Waddenzee. Uw vakantiehuis lig op enkele kilometers fietsafstand van de vissershaven Oudeschild en 1 kilometer van het pittoreske Oosterend.
