When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

Your private keypad access and entrance will ensure your ability to come and go as you please. We provide a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee station with snacks for your convenience.
