The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance from Sylvan Beach. Recent updates include a closet added to bedroom 2 (bedroom 1 has a closet also) and updated laundry to have washer and dryer onsite and new shower surround.
