Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

Walking distance to Oneida Lake, Casino, Amusement Park, Restaurants, Bars and more. Paved driveway for parking up to three vehicles. This is the ideal location just steps from Oneida Lake. This cottage has central air. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please message for more information on pets. Recent updates include a closet added to bedroom 2 (bedroom 1 has a closet also) and updated laundry to have washer and dryer onsite and new shower surround.

There is also access to the NYS snowmobile trail system directly from the property. White Lake Access! When you rent our cabin, renter's will have access to White Lake. Kayaks/SUP boards permitted!
